Building a CNC Rotary Tube Cutting attachment for the CNC Plasma / Scribe table, and some test cuts. More to come once all the bugs are worked out and its producing parts.
1 Cutting out the main box for the Rotary Tube cutting attachment in a foldable piece.
2 Folded up ready to weld. Threaded motor mount adjusting plate on the table also.

5 Had to turn down the length of the bronze bushings from 1 1/2" to 7/8".
6 Heated interferance fit between the tube shaft and the chuck mounting plate. Now truing it up and turning the step.
7 Finished up, painted and assembled.
8 Video of the first test cut, with some holes in a piece of 1 1/2" round tube. Cut quality was massively improved after adding the support bearings under the tube.
